Team Approach
We prefer a team approach to supporting civil engineering projects. Brad is licensed both as a Professional Engineer in Indiana as well as a Professional Land Surveyor in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky. He prefers to partner up as a supporting team player with other professional engineers on civil engineering projects. He fills the role of surveyor on these projects and understands very well just exactly what the engineer needs to be located or provided for each specific site. We do not actively pursue or provide civil engineering services. This allows us to come along side many excellent professional engineers as team players for the ultimate success of each project.
Land Surveying
Our primary focus of services provided is land surveying. For over 30 years we have been involved with the full range of land surveying from simple single family lot surveys, through multifamily, industrial and commercial development support services. We provide ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, FEMA Elevation Certificates, Major and Minor Subdivision Plats, Drainage Studies, Lot Stake Surveys, Construction Layout, Surveyor Location Reports, As-built Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Site Plans, Topographic & Utility Surveys, Subdivision Design, Easement Exhibits, Residential Plot Plans, Mortgage Surveys, GPS, Horizontal and Vertical Control, and more.
Consulting Services
We have an ongoing close and personal relationship with many local government planning authority and checkpoint agencies. We get along well with the various people in these offices and are available to aid in whatever way each project demands for as smooth as a review process as we can achieve together. While we do prefer to allow the appropriate design professionals to take the lead as is appropriate for each specific project, we have found that we are quite adept at providing smooth communication and technical design support consulting services.
